Your life circumstances change over time. A Will that was prepared for you at one stage of your life may not necessarily best serve your needs today.
It is important to review your will at least every three years for any of the following reasons:
Whenever your financial or personal circumstances change
If you have recently been marries, entered into a defacto relationship or divorced
If your relationship with anyone named in your will such as the executor or beneficiary changes, for example an executor relocating interstate or overseas, or loses capacity, or if an executor or beneficiary dies.
